Little Theatre, Rhyl, Wales
I have been to the Little Theatre in Rhyl on several occasions with each experience differing from the last. During the many experiments we have done, we would always get lots of communication from the spirits that like to return to this great little location. During a human pendulum experiment, we had a man that meant business and wasn’t very nice, so I had to make sure that everyone was safe and the person in the middle wasn’t easily scared or emotional. During the questioning of this man, we Johnathan, who was the member of public standing in the middle, became aware of the feeling that someone had grabbed the back of his neck. To our amazement, we could clearly see the the red marks in the of a hand, for the fingers, thumb and palm and the marks getting a darker shade of red as the grip got stronger. It got to the point where I had to step in and take control of the situation and get the spirit to stand back from Jonathan, and as the spirit did, you could see the hand print fade away. Sadly no video was taken at this time and any photos that were taken came out blurry.
We also made contact with another man on the stage area through table tipping that gave us an in depth understanding of how he past away at the theatre. One of the best communication I had with spirit at the theatre was at the very back of the auditorium, when I decided to take a seat at the second to last row. Armed with only a torch, I sat there in the in the dark on my own asking spirit to come and talk to me. I decided to put my torch on and rest it on seat that was two along from me, when I noticed that everytime I asked a question, the torch would dim a little. I radioed through to the team for them to join me to witness the phenonium. It turned to be more than one spirit that was communicating through the torch, and they even managed to turn the torch off and then back on. As I could tell that the spirits had started to either get tired or didn’t want to talk to us any more, I asked them to do one small favour, and that was for them to put their hand over the light of the torch. To be honest, I knew I was asking to much but to all of our amazement we saw the white light of the torch turn an pail orangy red, just like it would if you put your finger on a light. Myself and everyone present was in awe of what we had witnessed.
During a table tipping session in the corridor with a few members of the public and the table was being moved by spirit answering yes and no to the questions that were being asked at the time and that we was also dealing with the same spirit that had put their hand on Johnathan during the human pendulum on a previous visit. Then there was a thud sound from under the table that we debunked to being a torch falling out of the pocket of one of the members of public. However, soon after there was another noise, this time of something being moved. On investigation, we found that it was the voice/EVP recorder that was about a foot away from me had been moved. Below is the footage of the voice recorder being moved but before that happens, take a close look at eh bottom right corner as there is a light anomaly and then you see the torch fall onto the floor and then another light anomaly move towards the recorder. Was this spirit being mischievous?
On another occasion, myself and Tristan were talking in the foya when the internal phone by the kitchen started ringing and then stop, within a minute of the phone stopping, the one by the entrance began to ring. We looked at each other as we knew that there were only three internal phones in the building. One by the main entrance of which we had a clear view of, one outside the kitchen, which is the one that we was standing next to, and the third was in the control box upstairs, but this was was locked on arrival and we didn’t have the key, so we knew that no one was in there plus these were internal phone and had absolutely no connection to the outside world. Sadly, we wasn’t quick enough to pick up the phones and answer them to see who was on the other end.
please note that the wood that myself and a guest is sitting on it really heavy and we alone would not of been able to move it to make the voice recorder move. If you also have a close look as it moves, its not the leg nearest the the edge of the timber that I am sitting on that moves first but its actually the leg closest to the camera sitting in the middle of the wood. Please take a look and make your own mind up.
This is a place that for me has never disappointed in regards to the communication to the spirits that reside or continue to visit there and I look forward to my next visit.
Here’s an EVP of a mysterious yawn that most of us heard, you can even hear us discuss this and working out if it was caused by one of us.
During the investigation, we had the ovilus 3 device with us and in the props area of the theatre I asked how many spirit was with us in the room. Through the device we all heard “eight” and on reviewing the recording its sounds like eight, yet it was actually saying eat. We then realised that there was eight of us standing in the room and wonder if it was trying to say eight and counted us and not spirit. Take a listen and make up your own mind.
